Observation

The play structure did not have appropriate fall zones for the slide and the swings. There was a large gap underneath the storage shed that is accessible to the children.. There is a large climbing play structure with swings that does not have appropriate ground cover. The climbing structure and tree house did not have plans/materials list avaiable.
